Mango, Lychee, Passion Fruit & Blood Orange
Where we’re going, we don’t need caffeine. Our latest decaf is a Colombia offering from legendary coffee producer Wilton Benitez and Granja Paraíso 92, a family-run coffee farm known among coffee nerds for producing high quality and delicious coffee through innovative farming techniques.
This decaf uses the natural sugarcane Ethyl Acetate (EA) process to remove caffeine, leaving behind a bright, flavourful and vibrant spectrum of juicy and complex fruit-forward flavours without the buzz. It’s everything you’d expect from coffees coming out from Wilton Benitez and Granja Paraíso 92 farm.
Each sip hits 88mph, bursting you into a delicious juicy journey of bright tropical stone fruit, juicy citrus and berries universes. It’s a rainbow-powered joyride built for filter pour overs, where clarity shines bright.
TEMPORAL WARNING: Do not attempt to dial this decaf as espresso, and whatever you do, proceed with extreme caution if pulling it over ice. You just might break the flavour-time continuum…(and definitely don’t bring your sports almanac)

Wilton Benitez is a renowned coffee producer celebrated for his innovative approach to coffee processing at Granja Paraíso 92, a family-owned farm in Piendamó, Cauca, Colombia. Situated near the equator, the farm benefits from ideal sunlight and elevation, producing exceptional coffees through washed, natural, honey, and various anaerobic processes.
Granja Paraíso 92 integrates advanced agricultural techniques such as terraces, drip irrigation, shading, and lab-monitored nutrition. The farm features a highly developed processing plant with a microbiology and quality lab, and Wilton even engineers his own equipment, including fermentation tanks and drying machines. Using bioreactors for controlled fermentation and energy-efficient drying methods, the farm minimizes environmental impact by recycling water and avoiding fossil fuels, making its coffees not only innovative but also sustainable.
